$25/month SEO tool
I made the switch from Ahrefs to Semrush in November, I was sick of the credit system and getting hit with random $150+ invoices.
Semrush has been fine, it lags a bit at times which can be annoying. Also, I can’t use it at the same time as my team, which is frustrating.
Despite the credit system, at least I could do keyword research while my VAs sorted through backlinks.
But I’m saving a few hundred dollars each month on Semrush, so the inconveniences are a small price to pay.
But the truth is, if I didn’t run an agency, I wouldn’t pay for either of these tools. And if you’re only operating one or two websites, you probably don’t need these full-stack tools either.
You can get by with tools like LowFruits & Google Ads Keyword Planner for keyword research, and use tools like Majestic and ScreamingFrog for link-building and technical audits, respectively.
But it’s annoying to pay for multiple subscriptions and flip between tabs — at least I think so.
But as of today, there may be a solution for you.
Enter, clicks.so.
First off, I want to tell you that I am not affiliated with this platform in any way.
I found Jaume (the founder) on YouTube a few months back and subscribed to his newsletter, and was one of the first users to register for his new all-in-one SEO tool. He has no idea I’m writing this email at all — he doesn’t even know who I am.
I played around with the app for an hour or so this morning, and I think after a bit more work, it has the chance to render Semrush & Ahrefs useless for most SEOs.
So here it is, a look at Clicks 1.0

Jaume wanted to undercut Semrush & Ahrefs — he’s branding the platform as a beginner-friendly, affordable SEO tool. Their basic plan starts at $25/month and is more than enough for anyone running one or two websites.
The interface is nearly identical to both of those tools, so it’s quite intuitive.

Now for the keyword data. Enter your target keyword and get a historic look at search volume, plus thousands of Phrase Match & Related keywords, plus the Live SERP Results.

Onto backlink analysis. Just like the overpriced tools, you can look into your or your competitor’s backlinks, diving deep into referring domains, top pages, and anchor text.

You can even run technical audits with the tool, just like Semrush & Ahrefs. It’ll give you a prioritized list of issues that you need (or may not need) to address.

Again, I’m not affiliated whatsoever. But new tools on the market, especially affordable & effective ones, should be utilized by everyone.
I’m going to explore it more and use it to grow my niche site, which I’ll be updating you on next week. I’ve actually been working on it quite a bit this month, I’m extremely bullish on its growth.
If you want to save $200+ each month, I’d say Clicks is worth checking out — you could use that extra money to buy more links, coffee, or whatever your heart desires.
Catch you on Monday — have a good weekend.
