I learned SEO by accident

And I miss those good ol' days sometimes

I got into SEO by accident.

I launched an eCommerce brand in college with my best friend.

He was also my roommate.

It was a surf-inspired eco-apparel brand.

Honestly, it sucked — we should have done way more market research.

We built it literally just because those are the kind of clothes we were.

Built “on vibes” if you will.

I think we made like $15,000 in total.

Not a substantial amount by any means.

The agency does 3x that on a monthly basis.

But if I’m being honest..

I miss the days of packing orders in our dorm.

Packages scattered across our twin beds.

Our friends having to move boxes around at pregames just so they could drink their beer.

We even had some people steal some of our shirts & hoodies at larger pregames.

Shitty people — I don’t condone stealing.

But we were kind of hot shit on campus, or at least cool enough to steal our merch from.

It was cool, but we were way out of our depth.

We’re still friends, but we both agreed to shutter the brand and pursue other professional careers after graduation.

Fast forward to the summer after graduation, I learned about SEO on accident.

I was interning with a matcha tea brand, storyboarding video ads and shooting some photography for them.

That’s when I heard those three infamous letters for the first time.

S-E-O

It changed my life — I completely pivoted my career (again).

I revived our old brand and grew its organic traffic from 0 to just shy of 3000 visits/month before shutting down the site to use as a testing ground.

In the 4 years since, I’ve grown to work with brands that make $2-3 million per month.

And as fun as that is…

I miss the energy and excitement of working with young eCom brands, like the one in my college dorm.

My agency fees are $3000+ per month.

It’s expensive — I know that.

Completely out of reach for many eCom brands, especially the newest ones.

I told you I missed the energy of young eCom brands — that’s what led me to create this course.

It is quite literally everything I know about eCommerce SEO, packaged up into 6 hours of video content.

Plus several of my SOPs. And templates. And one-on-one coaching calls.

It is everything you need to start SEO on a budget.

It’s $297.

And because I know that landing page is way too fucking long to read, I recorded this new video to show you exactly what’s in the course, including a peak at the modules in Skool.
