"Some people suck"
Words to f*cking live by
“Some people suck.”
Words to live by from one of my favorite comedians, Tom Segura.
Unfortunately, you probably know this all too well.
Some people do suck, and it’s generally not worth your time to even bother engaging with them.
And in the business world, there are a tremendous amount of people who suck.
Many of those people are SEOs.
Take this guy for example:

Everything about this is wrong.
Except the part where he calls me SEO king — he got that part right.
But here’s why he’s wrong.
He claims to handle the SEO for 20+ eCommerce brands, and yet…
He has absolutely no idea what he’s doing.
And yet, twenty different brands are paying him money (likely a very low amount) to improve their SEO.
And he’s incapable of doing a damn thing.
This is just one, low level example.
Chances are, you know someone that’s been burned by a completely unqualified SEO agency.
Or you’ve been burned yourself.
If that’s the case, I truly do feel for you — it happens far too often.
I work with brands that sunk 12+ months of cash into their previous agency and didn’t even break even on their return.
Tough.
You might think I’m being too harsh — fine.
But here’s the deal.
He said that his keywords are stuck at position 37.
That’s nearly the fourth page of Google.
Even the basic on page optimizations would put you in the top 20-30 positions for most eCommerce keywords.
Seriously, it is next to impossible not to make it into the top 30 spots if you have at least a 5th grade understanding of SEO.
So the fact that he can’t do it is borderline impressive.
Well, some people suck.
But not Kate.

She bought my course and earned the #1 spot a few weeks later, all while saving herself from 12+ months of headaches and $30,000 of debt.
She only spent $297.
Don’t let people who suck get to you — be like Kate instead.
