Wait... you didn't get what you wanted?
“If you don’t satisfy a user’s search intent, you may as well have not written content at all.”
Most people think SEO is all about writing content and adding keywords.
But that isn’t really the case…
It’s about writing quality content that ranks and converts.
In fact, the only way to write content that ranks and converts is to satisfy user intent - that should be straightforward.
This is especially true for eCommerce brands. Consumers are more diligent than ever when they purchase physical goods from somewhere aside from Amazon - you have mere seconds to match their intent.
If you aren’t familiar with search intent, you will be in about 60 seconds:
===
Search intent is the reason that someone searched for a given product, question, or keyword on Google.
===
Intent can be affected by multiple factors:
User’s demographics (age, sex, and location)
Device (mobile v. desktop v. tablet)
Funnel stage (top, middle, or bottom of funnel)
and many more
Let’s say:
A user pulls out their phone or laptop, opens up their browser, and types a handful of words in.
They’re expecting to see results that meet their expectations.
And If you don’t satisfy their search intent then…
You may as well have not written that content at all.
You’ve not only wasted your time but also theirs.
So…how do you get it right?
Well, I’ve posted the video to the entire guide on my YouTube channel and share the exact process that we use at our agency that has made our clients a ton of money!

Until next time,
